WANdwide area network daemon

This project is working on writing a daemon for linux and *BSD to support a wide area network for use in experimentation, forming online communities and avoiding the problems caused by dynamic IP's and IPmasq/NAT.

Currently we are in the design and planning stages. The current plan is to have some scheme of pluggable tunnels possibly starting out with support for the predecessor of this project - IPT and a newer protocol of Ethernet over IP.

The most recent version of ipt is available via cvs from this project, however it isn't expected that much if any development will go into it.

The project page for WANd is here
